Green Celebrates Delta Service

Travelers passing through Green Airport on Friday flying Delta Airlines will enjoy the celebration of new service. Delta Gates will be decorated in balloons and corporate colors, cake will be served and travelers will receive giveaway items to mark the beginning of new service to Washington Reagan-National Airport (DCA), expanded service to Detroit (DTW) and Raleigh Durham (RDU – begins April 3).

April 1st marks the start of new Delta service between PVD and DCA with three daily roundtrip flights on 50-seat CRJ-200 aircraft for a total of 300 seats between the airports. Delta also adds two additional roundtrip flights between PVD and DTW on 50-seat CRJ-200 aircraft for a total of 200 additional seats. On April 3rd, a new daily flight to and from PVD and RDU begins with a 50-seat regional jet CRJ-200.

Delta has been increasing service to these popular business friendly destinations in recent months. These service additions provide travelers with more options for direct flights and connections.
