United Airlines is now offering a new customer service enhancement at T. F. Green Airport. United passengers can now use the eBoarding pass reader at the security checkpoint and in the gate areas. Rather than printing out their boarding basses, United Airlines passengers can simply hold their phone or other mobile device up to the new eBoarding pass reader where their ticket information barcode will be scanned. TSA will still check all information but this streamlines the process for travelers. United Airlines has added three of these eBoarding readers, now available for United travelers at both the security checkpoint and in the United Airlines gate areas at T. F. Green Airport.
