Continued recognition could help boost state travel and tourism industry

The Rhode Island Airport Corporation is pleased to announce that the Condé Nast Traveler (CNT) Readers’ Choice Awards is officially open for voting, and Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport is again in the running as one of the nation’s “Best Airports.” With the number of vaccinations on the rise, tourism travel volume is poised to continue its recovery, and Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport is again calling on its many fans to help it gain national recognition in Condé Nast Traveler magazine.

To vote, visit https://www.cntraveler.com/rca/vote and select “Airports” at the top of the page and choose Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD) to provide your rating and comments or visit www.pvdairport.com for a link to the survey. Winners are selected entirely by CNT readers and voting is open now through June 30th

Last year Rhode Island was voted one of CNT’s Top Five airports in the nation and hopes to improve its standing. In past years, Rhode Islanders and other airport aficionados have enthusiastically supported Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport in past competitions, including the USA Today “Best Small Airport” survey, which noted the ease and economy of air travel through PVD.
